Its current capacity is at 4.75 mtpa and it uses modern technology acquired from Blue Circle Industries and modern equipments from M/s Fuller International of USA. The company has 70 cement dumps and 2200 dealers across North and Western India.

JK Lakshmi is also setting up a 12 MW waste heat recovery power plant at Sirohi in Rajasthan with an investment of Rs. 1250 million . The project will generate cheap power and will be commissioned by Mar 2011. The company is planning to set up a 2.7 million tpa cement unit at Chhattisgarh to capture eastern and central markets.
