Shree Cement to expand its cement clinker plant at Ras in Pali


Shree Cement to expand its cement clinker plant at Ras in Pali district of Rajasthan. The project involves expansion of Integrated Cement Plant (Clinker 6.0 to 8.0 MTPA & reduction in  Cement production 9.8 to 8.8  MTPA), Captive Power Plant (80 to 130  MW) and Limestone Mine (Nimbetti Mine, 750 ha. 11.4 to 14.4 MTPA). The expansion details of the new unit are as follows.

Udaipur Cement to expand cement plant at Shripatnagar

Udaipur Cement to expand cement plant at Shripatnagar village in Mavli taluk in Udaipur district of Rajasthan. The project involves expanding Cement Plant (Cement 0.8 MTPA to 2.85 MTPA; Clinker 0.8 MTPA to 2.00 MTPA) and installation of Captive Power Plant (1x18 MW). Limestone will be sourced from Captive Daroli Lime Stone Mine. Process will involve crushing of raw material, 6 stage pre-heating in kiln, grinding of clinker, fly ash and gypsum to manufacture cement, packing etc. A multi-fuel fired, thermal power plant (1x18 MW) based on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) using pet-coke as primary fuel will be installed.

Grasim Cements to expand clinker unit at Kotputli

Grasim Cements to expand clinker unit at Mohanpura village in Kotputli in Rajasthan with an investment of Rs. 600 million. The project involves expanding Clinker/Cement production 3 MTPA to 4 MTPA. The proposed capacity expansion will be carried out within the existing land and will require 400 acres of land.
